Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship all domestic orders via trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

  • All retail items ship free.  Custom large and bulk orders will have quoted shipping.
  • Delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days after shipment

Shipping Weights & Packaging

To provide the most cost-effective pricing, orders may be packaged in multiple shipments or weight-limited quantities.


Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delays & Carrier Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Pellet Bros is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing.


Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • Pellet Bros is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
  • If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please contact the carrier directly first
